Anthony Micallef
Managing Director

Received diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology in 1970 and later attending University studies in Switzerland, Uk and Germany leading to Degree in Engineering. Opened his own companies in 1980 – Office Electronics Ltd for local market and in 1986 Office Technology Ltd for export Sales and marketing in North Africa mainly concentrating on Management consultancy to the Oil and Gas industry. He has a vast experience in Marketing Management, Project Studies, Accounts Business Development Analyses and Contractual Services to major companies overseas. Merged operations to Office Group Ltd in 2006 and opened OGL Business Centre Malta with Konica Minolta in 2011. Anthony became Hon Member of Who’s Who of Professionals (USA) in 2002 and is currently the President of the Libyan Maltese Chamber of Commerce

Assistant to the Financial Controller

I joined Office Group Ltd in year 2010 and form part of the finance team. At Office Group the financial operations flourish with the commitment of colleagues and leaders who model the company’s values of respect and integrity. During these four years I rendered my services in all financial aspects of the business. I assist and report to the financial controller in the financial reporting issues. With Office Group I have been given the opportunity to work closely with the management and share strategic company policies. During my experience I also got the chance to work closer and liaise with the Libya team, meeting new people and build new business relations.

I joined Office Group in July 2014 as a Credit Controller.  The role has been a new and exciting experience for me since my previous experiences were always Customer Care based.  I have found that my previous roles in the past have helped me with this new role which I enjoy and learn from every day.  The atmosphere at Office group is vibrant and young and overall have been very welcoming and helpful.

I have joined Office Group Limited and mainly been working within the Sales & Marketing Department of the Export Section. I am grateful that throughout the years, I have also been given the opportunity to work in different departments namely Purchasing & Logistics.
