Anthony Micallef
Chairman
Anthony Micallef is the Chairman and Founder of Office Group. Through his extensive academic background in Malta, Switzerland, the UK and Germany, Anthony acquired an in-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering. Anthony went on to establish Office Electronics Ltd. in 1980 and the export-oriented Office Technology Ltd. in 1986. Subsequently, all operations were consolidated under Office Group Ltd. in 2006.
During his distinguished entrepreneurial career, Anthony was able to garner extensive expertise in key areas such as marketing, project management, business development and contractual services.
In 2002, Anthony became an honorary member of Who’s Who of Professionals in the USA. He is also the former president of the Libyan Malta Chamber of Commerce and currently occupies the position of president of the Malta Japan Chamber of Commerce.

Robert Micallef

Managing Director
Robert Micallef is a dynamic entrepreneur with consolidated experience in the local business sector and a strong international dimension. He was responsible for centralising business operations while at the same time diversifying business opportunities through active engagement and networking. The position of Managing Director has provided Robert with the unique possibility to develop strong competencies in negotiation, partnership creation and an overall broader knowledge of the market.
Over the years, Robert has also occupied various sales and management positions in the corporate environment. Through this, Robert gained business acumen and invaluable skills.
Through continuous education and training, Robert constantly keeps himself updated with new knowledge within his field and beyond. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Active Lifestyle from the University of Malta, Robert went on to read for a Masters in Entrepreneurship.
Moreover, Robert is an avid sports and youth development ambassador in Malta. Apart from being active in several sports activities himself, he has also occupied various managerial roles in the field of sports, particularly football.

Adrian has been part of the OGL family for over 15 years. He believes that dedication, teamwork and assertiveness are essential to attain deliverables. The broad range of projects on which Adrian has worked, enabled him to consolidate his skill set and gain valuable professional experience.
In his free time, Adrian enjoys a broad range of sporting activities but particularly football refereeing and marathon running.

Andrea brings to the OGL his extensive experience in the graphic design and production printing sectors. This knowledge enables him to create tailored solution options while empowering clients to utilise hardware and software tools effectively. Andrea believes that the continuous investment from which the OGL staff benefits ensures optimal team performance.
Andrea enjoys spending time with his children, travelling and collecting RC model cars and boats.

Joseph joined the OGL 7 years ago and believes that his day-to-day duties help him to constantly enhance his professional skills. In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and working on personal projects in his garage.

Juanito has been part of the OGL for the last 5 years. During this period, he has been leading warehouse and logistics activities while ensuring a positive and efficient response to client requirements. He believes that the continuous training provided, the motivational spirit and the family atmosphere within the OGL help him to consistently grow professionally.
Juanito enjoys spending quality time with his family and cultivating his passion for fish aquariums, modified cars and gaming.

Martin has been part of the OGL for 31 years and throughout this time he has spearheaded technical field activities. Martin has a broad range of interests that include good books and movies, fishing, snorkelling and travelling.
